A Perfect Day in Dunsborough

In August this year my wife & I were lucky enough to visit the very beautiful Ramada Resort by Wyndham Dunsborough. We traveled across in the Indian Pacific railway to Perth & hired a vehicle to travel down to Dunsborough. All the bookings were expertly handled by WorldMark’s Travel Club and it was a holiday to remember.

The resort was first class and the one bedroom room was very spacious and a pleasure to relax back in after a day’s sightseeing. A winery tour was organised by the reception staff at the resort which also included visits to cheese & chocolate factories & a boutique brewery. The wineries around Margaret River were some of the best in Australia with no shortage of samples & the coastline and countryside was breathtaking. We also visited Busselton which boasts the longest jetty in the southern hemisphere & has an underwater observatory. The area has a lot of history and we could have spent more time visiting heritage sites & museums. The resort is across the road from a beautiful winery “Flame tree” & the resort gifts their wines to owners staying at the resort. On return to Perth we saw the sights on a relaxing cruise on the Swan River before boarding the Indian Pacific to return back to the East coast.

We have been owners for a couple of years now and we continue to see more of our great country thanks to Wyndham. We would not have travelled without the assistance & accommodation made available to us & has been one of our best investments in life. Thank you for another great holiday. Attached is a photo taken from directly behind the resort at “Toby’s Inlet” at sunset after another perfect day in Dunsborough.
