Fabulous Flynns Beach

When planning a celebration for John’s 70th birthday, we thought a family reunion holiday would be the very best for everyone. Our daughters live at different ends of NSW and we are not able to be together often.

As Worldmark owners since 2007, we have stayed in a number of resorts and the Fabulous Wyndham Flynns Beach had emerged as a favourite mainland resort. It was a natural choice for a family get together – especially as our four grandchildren are all aged under 10. At Wyndhams Flynns Beach resort with its proximity to a beautiful, family friendly beach and its ultra safe and secure surroundings the children were able to enjoy play with their cousins while our daughters could catch up with each other at the coffee shops and enjoy each others company. Port Macquarie has much to offer the holiday goer, and everyone enjoyed all its delights, especially picking strawberries, which we enjoyed at our celebration dinner, and an exciting camel ride along Lighthouse beach.

Each morning I enjoyed a cooking session with my grand daughters who provided cup cakes and muffins to the reception staff for morning tea. But the absolute revelation was Kids Club. We had two rainy days, and the children spent happy hours with the delightful Sue and Lee, watching movies and creating craft projects. My daughters wanted to take these lovely ladies home with them. Thank you to these wonderful, patient ladies for their time and effort and the “Kids Club”.

We are so glad that we became Worldmark South Pacific members. We have enjoyed holidays with family and friends in beautiful places where the accomodation standard is always high , and our recent stay at Flynns Beach really was a wonderful time for all ages.
