My son, Philip, & his fiancée, Rebecca, decided to have their wedding in Maleny, Queensland.
He invited his two aunties & their families from Melbourne.
As soon as they finalised the wedding date, I immediately booked a 3 bedroom apartment in Kirra, Queensland, which was available for 5 nights, to accommodate 8 people. We decided to stay in Kirra instead of staying overnight in Maleny, and we did not mind the 4 hour drive to Maleny and back to Kirra for the wedding. Continue reading

I was the Wedding Celebrant on Sunday, 22nd April 2012, when WorldMark Owners, Allan and Gail, were married on the beautiful grounds here at Wyndham Flynns Beach, Port Macquarie.
The Bride and Groom booked about 10 rooms at our Flynns Beach resort, so that all family and friends could enjoy a week together prior to and after the wedding. Continue reading
Denarau Island, Fiji: The adventure starts with our elegant morning wedding and a relaxed champagne brunch reception. The heartfelt smiles of our guests are captured by our photographer. We float through the day and at dinner time we strike up conversation with people at another restaurant table. We start by asking about their day (secretly hoping they would ask about ours! Our wedding renewal in Fiji, 2011
We became Owners in 2005. My husband & I were married in October 2006, and decided to have the perfect honeymoon in Fiji on Denarau Island.
Our Big Day was amazing….we were married in the vineyards at a majestic winery. I would not have changed a single thing.
We had decided on Fiji for our honeymoon as it was only a 3 hour flight and a tropical paradise. Neither of us had been, so it was a new adventure!
In 2003 my boyfriend and I visited Denarau Island in Fiji. We loved everything about it, the sun, the people, the restaurants, the activities, the atmosphere was truly sensational. One evening we went on an evening dinner cruise. On that cruise Mark proposed to me – it was so romantic, the sunset was absolutely beautiful.
We attended the seminar and didn’t hesitate to become an Owner. The next year on the same weekend we returned with 60 guests for our wedding. It was one of the best days of my life. All of our dearest friends and family came with us and our 4 beautiful daughters. Many of our friends became Owners on that holiday.
We had the time of our lives – the party seemed to go on forever. All of the guests stayed 1 week and then Mark and I had a week on our own. The following year we returned for our first wedding anniversary. Continue reading
My husband and I recently stayed at Wyndham Kirra Beach over our wedding weekend (late May 2010). This picture is taken outside the main enterance of Kirra resort, with my 3 beautiful bridesmaids, just before the drive to the ceremony. It was the most amazing and unforgetable day of our lives!!!
