Wyndham Surfers Paradise - Enjoying facilities near pool and BBQ

After joining WorldMark in 2007 and accumulating points, a girlfriend and I had a wonderful week in W.A. in 2009.

After a late evening flight we arrived in Perth to Outram and the biggest 2 bedroom apartment to relax in and enjoy for the next 3 nights. We felt  very decadent with a huge bed and our own bathroom. The circle bus stop was right at our door and we had a lovely time walking and exploring by getting on and off buses. There was also some great shopping in streets nearby the resort. No kids at home – grandkids at school – nothing to stop us

Peter was scheduled for prostate surgery in three weeks and had 15 years accumulated sick leave available. At short notice we needed to do something to take his mind off the coming surgery – he is such a wimp! What was available at WorldMark? WorldMark had an Owners’ Information Night at Coorparoo RSL in two nights and we thought that could help us make a few decisions.

Problem solved - if you have ever been to one of those, you know how helpful those Information sessions are. We could split 10 days between Perth and Dunsborough – available early next week! No kids at home – grandkids at school – no babysitting duties – nothing to stop us. Continue reading

The world with Wyndham is certainly our oyster

This photo was taken at our most favourite spot along the South West Coastline at Cape Freycinet. An absolutely majestic experience.

As a single mum with a 15year old daughter holidays are definitely something we both look forward to and enjoy at least once every year.  I believe it’s so important to take a break and let loose and what better way to do that than with your children before they grow up and leave home and holidaying with them becomes just a memory.
